Your responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

● Lead the successful delivery of offshore wind wildlife monitoring projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.

● Take overall responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management.

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.

● Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software development, operations and ecology.

●Ensure effective project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Technical & Commercial Management

● Coordinate technical, commercial and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.

● Support tendering, proposal development and contract negotiations.

● Manage project risks, changes, opportunities and contractual obligations.

● Oversee supplier coordination, procurement activities and critical project interfaces.

● Ensure successful integration, testing, commissioning and customer acceptance of delivered systems.

Continuous Improvement Innovation

● Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

● Support the development and implementation of innovative monitoring technologies and solutions.

FAT, SAT, Installation & Commissioning

● Oversee system integration, acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), installation and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery and customer acceptance.

● Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operational handover, in compliance with HSE and quality requirements.

Our requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex technical projects, preferably within offshore wind, offshore energy or related industries (min. 7 years)
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Experience from offshore wind, offshore energy, marine systems, oil & gas, defense, industrial automation or similar industries.
• Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
• Commercial and contractual understanding.
• Experience managing installation, commissioning and operational delivery projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Optional

• Degree in Engineering, Marine Sciences, Environmental Sciences or related technical discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with EPC, EPIC or EPCI delivery models.
• Experience managing hardware and software integrated systems.
• Experience from offshore wind development projects.
• FAT and SAT experience.
• Technical understanding of sensors, monitoring systems, networking infrastructure or industrial automation technologies.
