What will you do?

 

You will lead the design and evolution of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a technical expert, driving best practices, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

 

Your tasks

 

• Design and drive enterprise-wide integration architecture using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
• Lead the implementation and optimization of messaging solutions based on IBM MQ
• Develop advanced automation solutions and operational tooling using Python
• Drive CI/CD best practices and deployment automation using GitHub and Jenkins
• Design and optimize data integration processes utilizing DB2 SQL
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to define integration strategies
• Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
• Ensure integration platforms meet performance, security, and reliability standards
• Support critical production environments and major release activities

 

Requirements

 

• Expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
• Strong experience with IBM MQ
• Advanced experience with GitHub and Jenkins
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments
• Strong SQL knowledge, particularly DB2
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers
• Business-fluent English
• Availability for occasional business travel to Germany

 

Nice to have

 

• Experience in banking or financial services environments
• Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience defining integration governance and best practices
