About the project, Shape the future of Gerflor's global CRM platform., Play a key role in developing and evolving Gerflor's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by the international sales organization., Become one of the technical experts driving CRM transformation while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

Your responsibilities, Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customize and enhance CRM solutions using C#, .NET and JavaScript, Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs, Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate), Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support, Contribute to application performance, deployments and continuous improvements, Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners worldwide

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Strong development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, Experience with Power Platform, Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs, Good understanding of CRM or Sales business processes, Professional English

Optional, Azure DevOps, Agile environment experience, Microsoft certifications
