Journal Development Specialist (m/k)

• Develop and promote the journal by attracting high-quality publications
• Create and develop Special Sections in line with the journal’s strategy
• Build relationships with editors and researchers, and promote the journal within the academic community
• Analyze data, report results, and share best practices within the team
• Initiate process improvements and activities that enhance author and reviewer satisfaction

WYMAGANIA:
• University degree (master’s preferred) and professional experience working with clients or academic projects
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to analyze data, manage projects, and work under time pressure
• Proactive approach, results-oriented mindset, and strong relationship-building skills
• Interest in science, academic publishing, and the principles of Open Science
