About the project

Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer. In this role, you will develop, configure and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities that enable customer acquisition, relationship management, onboarding and efficient servicing in a financial services environment. You will work with product owners, architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable platform solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce capabilities across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure FSC data models, relationship groups, householding, interaction records and customer 360 features.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex services, Salesforce Flows and reusable platform services with maintainability and testability in mind.
• Support customer onboarding, KYC-related journeys, lead and opportunity management, case management and servicing processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and collaborate with integration teams (including MuleSoft where applicable).
• Design and implement secure data access using sharing rules, roles, permission sets and field-level security.
• Participate in solution design reviews, provide Design Authority inputs, perform code reviews and support release readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot defects, support regression testing and assist with production issue resolution and post-deployment validation.
• Follow DevOps practices for environment promotion, Git branching, pull requests and CI/CD validation.

Our requirements

• Proven Salesforce development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flow and platform configuration; able to build assigned business features of moderate complexity.
• Practical knowledge of Financial Services Cloud concepts: FSC data model, relationship mapping, interaction records and customer 360 approaches.
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes such as leads, opportunities, activities and cases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, middleware integration patterns and data mapping; able to validate API-enabled functionality with integration teams.
• Experience supporting data quality, migration activities, duplicate management and foundational reporting.
• Comfortable following release standards and supporting deployment validation using Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Industry experience in banking, financial services, CRM or regulated customer servicing environments; exposure to onboarding, KYC, sales pipeline or case management workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, user story-driven development, acceptance criteria and sprint ceremonies.

• Preferred certifications (if held): Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
