If you’re a Regular, Senior or Lead PD/UX Designer who enjoys building community and helping others grow, we want you on the leadership team!As a PD Leader, in addition to your commercial designer project, you will manage a team of up to 5 members, with a focus on:* **Team Management:** Conducting 1-on-1s, managing performance reviews & project escalations.* **Team Building**: Team integration, knowledge-sharing, and community building.* **Growth & Feedback:** Setting clear goals, supporting career paths, acting on constructive feedback & managing promotions/proposing salary bumps.* **Communication & information flow**: Sharing company news and advising your team on internal processes.RequirementsWe keep the "hard" requirements simple:* You’ve been with **Netguru for at least 6 months.*** You are currently **Regular, Senior or Lead PD / UX/UI Designer.*** You are excellent at effective and direct communication* You can balance business goals with people needs* You are good problem solver and confident in decision-making* Nice to Have: **prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles****Recruitment steps:**1.
