Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified global content strategy that drives organic growth across all markets.
- Define and maintain standards, processes, and best practices for content planning, creation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Build and manage a data‑driven content roadmap informed by user intent, search trends, performance insights, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with local SEO teams to design initiatives that strengthen organic visibility and address market‑specific opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction and quality oversight to content specialists across markets to ensure consistency and alignment with the global strategy.
- Coordinate content initiatives delivered by HQ and support teams responsible for content creation and development.
- Ensure all published content meets SEO guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor content performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data‑driven optimization initiatives.
- Scale best practices across markets and foster a consistent, high‑quality approach to content.
- Continuously improve content production processes, including the adoption of AI‑powered solutions and workflow automation.
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing end‑to‑end content production processes, including planning, briefing, coordination, quality assurance, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, search intent analysis, and content architecture.
- Experience creating SEO content briefs and editorial guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Google’s E‑E‑A‑T principles and content quality standards.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM‑oriented content optimization.
- Experience using AI‑powered SEO tools for keyword research, content planning, optimization, SERP analysis, and workflow automation (e.g., Surfer SEO).
- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience coordinating freelancers, external contributors, and content teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, investing, trading, or financial services.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial services marketing.
- Experience working on international or multi‑market projects.
