About the project

We are looking for an IT Analyst to support the delivery of modern data and analytics solutions in a cloud environment.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business users to deliver scalable analytics solutions while working in an Agile environment.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
• Support the design of data and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate delivery dependencies across multiple teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery
• Support the implementation of analytics platforms and cloud-based solutions
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure high-quality delivery of analytics capabilities

Our requirements

• Experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in data and analytics projects
• Experience working with AWS SageMaker in collaboration with Data Scientists
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Big Data concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Fluent English

Optional

• Experience with MLOps and model monitoring
• Experience integrating AWS SageMaker with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms
• Knowledge of Spark
• Knowledge of Scala
