SAP SolMan Developer with ChaRM

About the project, We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM and Focused Build) Developer to join a team providing AMS and AD support for R2D processes. The person in this role will support client operations for a focused implementation of ChaRM and Focused Build.

Your responsibilities, Provide AMS support and application delivery (AD) support related to SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and Focused Build modules., Manage and process user tickets, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations., Implement enhancements and configuration changes within ChaRM and Focused Build to support process improvements., Support the R2D (Request to Deploy / Release to Deploy) process activities for the client, ensuring governance and traceability across transports and change cycles., Develop and maintain analytics and reporting related to change management, release status, and system performance., Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to align change management processes with business requirements., Participate in telephone screenings, interviews, and assessment activities as required by the recruitment process stages: Nowy, Wstępny akcept, Rozmowa telefoniczna, Rozmowa kwalifikacyjna, Ocena, Oferta.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, specifically ChaRM and Focused Build implementations and support., Proven experience in AMS support, handling enhancement requests, and managing user tickets., Practical knowledge of R2D processes and change/release governance in SAP landscapes., Experience creating analytics and reporting for change management and release activities., Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal., Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams., Relevant SAP certifications and formal training are advantageous but not mandatory.
