Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for performance of operational work within rent management and client accounting reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support in building strong professional relationships with the Client, attending Client and internal meetings
  • Act as back-up to Account Supervisor in case of absence
  • Ensure policies and procedures are valid and updated regularly where needed
  • Support in managing escalations across the global account team, monitoring escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the account
  • Support in monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify and reporting risks, cooperation with the audit team
  • Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices

Our requirements

  • Fluent German and English are a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable within real estate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in team management
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
  • Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focus

About the role:

As a CBRE BSO PS Delivery Team Leader you will be responsible for the Account Team’s deliverables within rent management and client accounting area. You will manage and motivate the Account Team of between 6 and 10 rent management and client accounting professionals, participate in employees' development by training, coaching, delegating and constructive feedback as well as identifying areas for employees' development.

This job is part of the Portfolio Services which is responsible for database and financial management of properties on behalf of our clients.
