It is a unique opportunity for you to participate in international projects in interdisciplinary, lead talented software agile teams developing high reliable network solutions.More about our product:**How you'll make impact*** Drive code architecture evolution.* **Lead SW Development team members developing together Network Management system – support development of team members, search for talented experts.*** **Coordinate SW development activities across various agile teams.*** **Define SW development strategies,** ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.* **Cooperate with Department Leaders, QA, UX and Embedded SW specialists*** Drive **continuous improvement for SW development** processes and tools.* Support the adoption of SW development best practices and mentor team members in SW dev methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams.* Implement software solutions - scalable, efficient, and maintainable.* Cooperate with product owners, project managers, QA, UX and SW specialists to define and prioritize software features and requirements.* Enhance code reviews strategy, ensure adherence to coding standards, quality & best practices.* Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.**Your Background*** At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.* **3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.*** Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g. Scrum Master, is an advantage.* BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science, telecommunication or IT university.* Strong Experience in **Kotlin (**welcomed experience with **Spring** framework)* Strong Experience developing applications with **Typescript**, Modern JavaScript, HTML5 .* Experience with **React** (or other frameworks is a plus).* Knowledge of JavaScript ecosystem (e.g. Vite, Node, Vitest).* Experience with applications testing frameworks.* Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Databases (PostgreSQL).* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, pragmatic, solution oriented.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
