Your responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls on the customer hotline, chats and email correspondence in Czech and Slovak,
• Providing information regarding order delivery status, order cancellations, and complaint submissions to the clients,
• Supporting customers in resolving current issues according to established procedures,
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in both Czech and Slovak at a minimum C1 level,
• Working knowledge of English or Polish,
• Availability to work onsite from our office in Warsaw,
• Empathy and the ability to maintain a positive attitude,
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations,
• Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.

Optional

• Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.
