The North Face in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our partnership store network across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. You will supervise franchise and concession stores, drive profitability, and align ranges with HQ to maximise sales.
You will regularly visit stores, manage preorder campaigns, and own store P&L and budgets while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and Construction teams to implement profitable store initiatives.
