About the project, We are looking for an experienced procurement technology specialist to support the configuration and enhancement of a cloud-based purchasing and invoicing platform within a highly regulated industry. The role focuses on optimizing system capabilities, ensuring seamless data exchange with enterprise resource planning environments, and supporting end-to-end purchasing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, improve operational efficiency, and drive automation initiatives.

Your responsibilities, Configure purchasing and invoicing modules, including templates, workflows, and approval logic, Ensure accurate integration of master data, such as suppliers, materials, and accounting structures, with backend systems, Support and monitor the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment, resolving integration issues, Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial and purchasing analysis, Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements, Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to automation improvements

At least 6 years of experience as a SAP Consultant working with procurement platforms in an enterprise environment, Strong expertise in system configuration, including workflows, forms, and approval structures, Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and monitoring data flows across procurement processes, Good understanding of integration technologies and data exchange formats, Analytical skills with the ability to work with reporting tools and validate data accuracy, Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, Residing in Poland required
