Global Delivery Center (GDC) Poland, located in Krakow and Warsaw, supports local and international projects across the following markets:

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural design with occasional support from a senior architect
• Prepare architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software
• Prepare BIM models of buildings and site
• Provide architectural visualizations
• Perform assigned tasks on time, well-coordinated, and in good quality
• Contact customers under supervision of senior staff
• Cooperate and coordinate design within the architectural team and with engineers of other disciplines
• Coordinate own work product for compliance with established standards and check the quality of work of other team members
• Perform self-checks and be prepared to answer audit questions
• Expand knowledge of design standards and building techniques applicable to current projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in architecture
• 2–6 years of relevant experience
• English language skills minimum at intermediate level (B2 in EU)
• Basic knowledge of building techniques, building codes and standards (Polish and USA or UK)
• Good skills in architectural software (Revit or AECOsim, AutoCAD or MicroStation, Sketchup) and Microsoft Office suite
• Well organized, responsible, good team player
• Ability and willingness to travel for business
