Reliability & Data Analysis Engineer – Boeing Poland sp. z o.o.

Seeking a Reliability & Data Analysis Engineer to join the team in Rzeszów, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations based on data insights.
  • Support design and implementation of data models and ETL processes to ingest and transform structured and unstructured data.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to define and implement data requirements, and support data instrumentation and capture.
  • Participate in the definition of data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Prepare data for analytics by cleansing, transforming, aggregating, and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results and trends to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and analytics artifacts.
  • Support performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines and queries.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of data tools, platforms and technologies to meet business needs.
  • Provide hands‑on support for production data issues and assist in problem resolution.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data‑driven solutions.
  • Use statistical techniques and machine learning methods to derive insights and build predictive models.
  • Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards for data handling and processing.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent).
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences in English.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the aerospace, defense, or aviation industries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), NLP techniques and tools, version control systems (Git), DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams.
