Transaction Capture Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Processing Capital Markets transactions across multiple asset classes
• Performing technical and market validation checks
• Monitoring transaction accuracy and data integrity
• Supporting settlements for equities, bonds, FX, money markets, derivatives and investment funds
• Investigating and resolving transaction discrepancies
• Cooperating with brokers, custodian banks and transfer agents worldwide
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and market regulations
• Supporting global markets across EMEA, APAC, North America and Latin America
• Maintaining high-quality operational and client service standards
• Participating in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Our requirements

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Computer literacy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets
• Interest in financial services and investment products
• Ability to manage complex tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop new competencies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• High level of motivation, ambition and commitment to professional growth
