GCP Alliance/Business Development Lead | Cloud Engineering
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an GCP Alliance Leader to take a leading business role for the GCP domain within our Engineering organization for Central European market.
This position combines business development, strategic alliance management, and strong GCP technology understanding, with end‑to‑end responsibility for growing revenue from AWS‑based projects delivered by our engineering teams (platform engineering, applications development, data platforms, AI platforms and others).
This is a strategic, ownership‑driven role . The GCP Alliance is responsible for scaling, and leading the GCP business , in close collaboration with GCP, customers, and internal Engineering delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with GCP technology, gained either:
- directly at GCP or
- within a consulting or system integration company delivering GCP projects
- Proven background in business development, technology sales, or partner development
- Ability to translate GCP capabilities into concrete business value and project opportunities
- Solid understanding of projects delivered by engineering teams (platforms, applications, data and AI platforms, others)
- Experience working with enterprise and/or mid‑market customers
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and results orientation
- Fluent English (Polish is a plus)
- Active EU work permit
Nice to have:
- Experience working within the GCP Partner network
- GCP certifications
- Experience in co‑selling with global technology vendors
- Existing relationships within GCP and with enterprise customers
Your future role
Position within the organization:
- A business leadership role embedded in Engineering in Central Europe
- Close, ongoing collaboration with technical leaders, architects, and delivery teams as well as other teams in Deloitte organization
- Close cooperation with company-wide GCP alliance leader for overall alliance cooperation and cross-offering projects
- Ownership of the commercial success of GCP sales and co-ownership of projects delivered by Engineering
Key responsibilities:
- Full ownership of GCP business growth (pipeline, customers, revenue) on core CE markets (Poland and also Czechia, Hungary, Romania)
- Building and leading a strategic partnership with GCP (co‑selling, joint initiatives, operational relationships)
- Actively acquiring new customers and initiating GCP‑based projects delivered by Engineering teams
- Leading executive‑level and strategic conversations with customers (C‑level / IT leadership)
- Working closely with presales, architects, and engineering teams to shape solutions and offers
- Growing existing client accounts through upsell and cross‑sell of GCP‑based services
- Identifying new growth areas within the GCP ecosystem (applications, data, modernization, migrations)
