Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in education or related field.
• Postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in social sciences, educational sciences.
• Scientific achievements documented by academic publications, especially in high‑impact journals.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience as an academic.
• Documented experience in applying for research grants.
• Documented experience in internationalising the university.
• Fluency in Polish and English sufficient to conduct academic classes.
• Availability to perform organisational tasks and deliver classes on part‑time courses.
• Years of research experience: 4–10.
• Research field: educational sciences (Education).
• Languages: Polish (good), English (good).
