• Location: Lisbon, Portugal / On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Norwegian and good English communication skills
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information using internal systems and support tools
• Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits

• 1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries + Bonus
