Your responsibilities

• Execute the expansion strategy for the MR DIY retail network.
• Proactively identify and acquire new retail locations (malls & retail parks).
• Conduct location assessments, including market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases, documentation, and presentations for prospective sites.
• Lead and manage commercial lease negotiations with landlords and property owners.
• Oversee the end-to-end lease acquisition process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. shopping center management, landlords, and partners).

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail network expansion within a mid-sized organization.
• Demonstrated track record in proactively sourcing and acquiring new retail locations (essential).
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• High level of mobility and willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level or higher).
