FSP Site Contract Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Site Contract Specialist to draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial site agreements across multiple countries. The role involves managing investigator budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating contract timelines with internal teams to support clinical trial activation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize site agreements within approved parameters and established processes
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms in accordance with company and client requirements
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks; escalate appropriately through established channels
• Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines and critical path requirements
• Achieve target cycle times for site activations and ensure compliance with guidelines and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 2-5 years of contract and budget negotiation experience or comparable combination
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal)
• Understanding of contract law and pharmaceutical product development processes
• Proficiency with automated systems and computerized applications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
