About the project

Join NATEK as a .NET Tech Lead and support the implementation of projects for one of our clients in the IT sector. This role is about developing a new product in core domain of network and device monitoring.

Your responsibilities

• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the architecture of new .NET-based product.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend solutions using modern .NET technologies.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance APIs and integration services.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team through mentoring, code reviews, and architectural support.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver business
• critical features and improvements.
• Take an active role in building engineering standards, improving development processes, and promoting software quality.
• Support hiring activities by participating in technical interviews and evaluating engineering candidates.
• Leverage modern development practices and tools, including AI-assisted coding to improve team productivity and software delivery.
• Build reliable, maintainable software solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments.

Our requirements

• Min. 10 years of commercial experience in .NET development, including experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in backend development using the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience delivering complex business applications beyond basic CRUD-based systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide development teams.
• Good understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish language.

Optional

• Experience working with public cloud platforms.
• Background in hardware and software integration projects.
• Previous experience with monitoring, observability, or infrastructure-related solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor) to enhance software development workflows.
