About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load materials and secure workpieces (clamping, aligning, inserting).
• Monitor the production process and make independent tool changes when required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Measure, inspect, and verify produced parts against company standards.
• Document production data and report any errors to supervisors.
• Transfer finished parts to downstream departments or shipping.
• Perform auxiliary tasks to keep the workshop running smoothly.

What We Expect

• Professional experience operating CNC equipment.
• Basic German communication skills (minimum conversational level).

Working Conditions & Compensation
