Intern - IT Service Delivery Support

Your responsibilities, Supporting local IT team in daily IT operations and end-user support activities, Assisting with the preparation, installation, and configuration of laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other IT equipment, Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, Helping maintain IT asset inventory and ensuring data accuracy, Assisting in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under the supervision of experienced IT specialists, Supporting documentation updates, process descriptions, and knowledge base articles, Participating in IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects, Assisting with ServiceNow ticket management and follow-up activities, Supporting conference room equipment, printers, and workplace technologies, Collaborating with global and local IT teams on various operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

Student status (preferably, 4th, or 5th year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation, Robotics, or a related field, English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written), Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts, Interest in IT infrastructure, user support, cybersecurity, or enterprise technologies, Good communication skills and willingness to work with end users, Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Optional, Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, Familiarity with Active Directory concepts, Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), Knowledge of ITIL concepts or ticketing systems
