We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Specialist to join FlexWind .

In this role, you will support contract review and negotiations, help manage legal and compliance risks, support internal policies and procedures, advise project and management teams, and cooperate with external partners and advisors.

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and project documents.
• Supporting project teams in legal and contractual matters.
• Identifying legal and compliance risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Supporting compliance processes, internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance matters.
• Helping ensure compliance with client requirements, internal rules, and applicable project procedures.
• Supporting due diligence, KYC, sanction screening, supplier checks, and risk assessments where needed.
• Cooperating with external lawyers, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Preparing legal and compliance opinions, summaries, and recommendations for management.

What we expect

• Legal education or relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Experience in contract review, commercial law, compliance, construction, energy, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Practical and business-oriented approach.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams.
• Interest in compliance, risk management, internal procedures, and renewable energy projects.
