Your responsibilities

• All sales come from inbound, warm leads. Entrepreneurs who have reached out themselves for help selling their company.
• This is not relationship sales. This is not cold calling. This is not for average performers.
• Short sales cycles and fast closes, normally 3-5 days
• Phone-based sales only
• Your job: understand the customer, explain the process, and sell a listing on our marketplace

Our requirements

• Proven track record of top performance in sales (top % in the team, exceeded targets, clear numbers)
• Thrives in a high-performing, competitive environment
• Exceptionally good at simplifying complex offerings
• Native Polish, can communication with in colleagues in English (not customers)
• You are only serving Polish customers, never in english!

Optional

• Background in sports or a similar performance environment (strong plus)

What we offer

• Base salary of 10 000 Zloty per month + 15% uncapped commission on sales
• Expected salary range 14,000-18,000 Zloty per month
