HR Controlling Specialist (Payroll) with French (m/k)

Permament job offer.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Act as a key link between Finance (R2R) and HR (incl. Payroll)
• Manage end-to-end HR cost controlling (headcount & personnel costs)
• Support monthly closing (accruals, intercompany, restatements)
• Consolidate and analyze data across countries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Deliver reports, analyses, and cost simulations
• Perform variance analysis and provide business insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency between HR & Finance
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives

WYMAGANIA:

• Experience in HR Controlling / Finance / Data Analysis
• Fluent English and French (min. B2+)
• Strong knowledge of headcount & personnel cost management
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, data-driven, and continuous improvement mindset
