The key domains we do data analysis are Marketing Data, Macro-Economic Trend Forecasting, Social Media, and other data sources.As we scale and transition from a service-based model to a project-driven organization, quality becomes a foundation — not just support.
We are looking for a QA Lead who will build and shape the QA function across projects , influence team practices, and set the standard for quality in our AI and data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Build and develop the QA function within the organization
Define and implement QA standards, processes, and best practices
Support project teams with automation strategy and test architecture
Establish a quality approach tailored to AI and data-driven projects
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, software architects, and stakeholders
In the near future, build and lead your own QA team
Experience in QA, including leading teams
Strong background in test automation (API, integration, E2E)
Experience designing or improving QA processes
Systems thinking and strong organizational skills
Ability to combine technical depth with business understanding
Experience working in agile environments
Preferred:
Experience in AI/ML or data-driven projects
Experience scaling QA teams
Knowledge of data quality, security, or compliance standards
Real ownership over shaping the QA function
