About the project

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support one of our key clients. You’ll ensure top-notch coordination and communication across client teams. You’ll manage schedules, maintain documentation, and act as a key person to keep projects on track - delivering high-quality outcomes for our client.

Your responsibilities

• Define scope, prepare schedules, and maintain clear timelines for all stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance and compliance with client standards.
• Engage with team members and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Share updates, clarify objectives, and resolve issues quickly.
• Anticipate risks early, propose effective solutions, and keep projects on track.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years in project coordination, ideally handling multiple projects in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
• Analytical mindset and ability to design practical solutions.
• Strong governance knowledge and ability to enforce process compliance.

Optional

• Familiarity with Design, UX/UI.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in technical or cybersecurity environments.
