Join Digital & Technology – ERP & Applications team and contribute to the digital transformation of the organization. In this role, you will shape and evolve enterprise architecture, automation, and integration capabilities by defining technology standards, developing solution designs, and supporting secure, scalable, and resilient platforms across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Architecture, Automation & Integration capability, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑ready technology solutions that support business growth and transformation.
• Define and evolve enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, principles, and technology blueprints aligned with Digital & Technology strategy.
• Lead architectural work across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security, driving simplification, standardization, and technology rationalization.
• Design and support enterprise integration strategies and platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure connectivity across SAP, cloud, SaaS, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate systems.
• Advance automation practices, including reusable automation frameworks, low‑code/no‑code governance, workflow automation, AI‑enabled automation, and process orchestration.
• Ensure architectural governance, technology standards, and design quality in line with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Leads, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable technology plans.
• Provide architectural support for major transformation initiatives such as ERP modernization, cloud migrations, application rationalization, M&A, carve‑outs, and digital innovation.
• Support DevSecOps and platform engineering practices, integrating architecture, security, automation, and operations throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, automation, integration patterns, cloud‑native capabilities, and enterprise platforms.
• Work effectively within a multi‑vendor ecosystem, ensuring solution quality, technology reuse, and alignment with target‑state architecture.
• Embed operational resilience, business continuity, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into architecture, integration, and automation solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to global teams across integration, architecture, SAP and non‑SAP development, low‑code/no‑code, and automation disciplines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Integration Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or related technology roles.
• Experience working in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Business Capability Mapping, Application Portfolio Management).
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MES, and PLM.
• Hands‑on experience with integration technologies such as SAP BTP Cloud Integration.
