Twój zakres obowiązków

• Develop and implement annual leasing strategies for each assigned asset.
• Prepare and maintain competitive market overviews, including competitor analysis, market trends, tenant activity and rental benchmarks.
• Review and update leasing forecasts and projections, including ERV, vacancy levels, incentives, lease expiries and other relevant leasing assumptions.
• Identify and pursue value-enhancement opportunities through active leasing, tenant mix optimisation, lease restructuring and other commercial initiatives.
• Implement the agreed leasing strategies, including:
• Reviewing and analysing existing lease agreements and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Identifying and approaching prospective tenants and maintaining relationships with existing tenants;
• Meetings and negotiations with new and existing tenants;
• Negotiating and agreeing commercial terms;
• Coordinating and negotiating the lease agreements, annexes and other lease documentation.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and presentations for clients, investors and Balmain Group management.
• Participate in regular leasing meetings with Balmain Group Directors, investors and clients, providing updates on leasing activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tenants, Balmain Group investors and clients.
• Support the Directors in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Work closely with other company’s departments, including asset management, finance, technical and operations teams, to ensure effective delivery of leasing objectives.

Nasze wymagania

• At least 5 years of work experience in a leasing, retail environment
• Strong MS Office skills, incl. MS Excel
• Strong oral and written Polish & English communication skills
• Leasing strategy development and implementation
