Your responsibilities

• We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for commissioning and optimizing packaging machines at customer sites across Poland and Europe. If you enjoy field-based work, have experience with industrial automation (PLCs and robotics), and thrive in commissioning environments, this opportunity is for you.
• Commissioning packaging machinery, including palletizers and conveyor systems, at customer facilities
• Ensuring machines are fully operational and ready for production through start-up activities, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution
• Implementing improvements and updating technical documentation, operating manuals, and work instructions as required
• Delivering training to machine operators and maintenance personnel on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices

Division of working time

• 70% Work on-site during commissioning projects
• 30% Other remote work assignments or overtime compensation throu

Our requirements

• Proven experience in commissioning packaging machines or similar industrial equipment
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes (approximately 60–70% of working time)
• Practical knowledge of PLC control systems, preferably Siemens
• Experience with industrial robots (ABB, KUKA, or Fanuc) will be considered an advantage
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication on customer sites and during commissioning activities
