Senior IT Business Enablement Manager - Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability (f/m/d)

Senior IT Business Enablement Manager at Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, bridges business and IT strategy for the Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability function. The role partners with business leaders and IT teams to align technology investments with organizational priorities, oversee application roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes through agile delivery models. Based in Kraków or Warszawa, this position reports to the Sr Director of IT Business Enablement Functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability leaders and IT teams to align business objectives with technology capabilities
• Define and maintain IT strategy, application roadmaps, and technology priorities for sourcing functions
• Support discovery model by identifying business outcomes, prioritizing them, and determining appropriate delivery approaches
• Drive delivery of prioritized outcomes by tracking ROI, authoring specifications, and ensuring measurable improvements
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence through analytics, automation, and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Experience partnering with sourcing, procurement, or sourcing technology transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM field, or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of indirect sourcing capabilities and business requirements translation
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility and structured communication
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional delivery teams
• Outcome-oriented mindset with resilience and ability to drive progress through complexity
