About the project, We are looking for a Senior Veeva Consultant with extensive experience in Veeva Vault and Regulated Information Management (RIM). You will play a crucial role in managing system changes and validation documentation within a GxP regulated environment. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and Digital QA teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards. If you are passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical industry and have a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities, Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes in RIM, Conducting impact assessments and change analysis to ensure compliance with GxP regulations, Gathering requirements and aligning with stakeholders to design scalable system solutions, Overseeing the end-to-end management of system changes, from solution design to implementation and validation, Collaborating with Digital QA and Digital Enablement teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions, Maintaining familiarity with Veeva General Releases and handling release impact assessments, Driving tasks independently while adhering to governance and quality standards, Ensuring the integrity and compliance of validated systems in a regulated environment

Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry, Proven experience with Veeva RIM, Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience working in a GxP-regulated environment, Veeva Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable, Solid background in impact assessments and change management processes, Fluent English

Optional, Hands-on experience with digital validation using Jira Xray, Familiarity with Veeva Quality processes and configurations
