About the project

Penetration Tester plays a critical role in protecting client systems and strengthening Capgemini’s security capabilities. Within projects, the role identifies vulnerabilities through penetration testing, code reviews, and security analysis, then provides clear recommendations to improve system resilience. At company level, it supports delivery of secure, trusted solutions, enhances Capgemini’s cybersecurity expertise, and helps clients reduce risk across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments through proactive security testing.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct penetration and security testing across applications and infrastructure.
• Identifie vulnerabilities through testing and code/configuration reviews.
• Produce clear, actionable reports.
• Participate in scoping meetings.
• Support risk reduction and strengthen client trust.

• Apply analytical thinking, listens carefully, and adapt effectively when working with diverse stakeholders and changing security needs.
• Maintain a client‑focused approach, understands business context, and support risk‑based problem solving that delivers clear value.
• Bring experience with modern technology stacks; willingness to engage with legacy solutions is welcomed.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps environments and secure delivery practices within development workflows is welcomed.
• Support team collaboration by sharing perspectives and contribute positively within distributed, cross‑functional teams.
