Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the Local HR Team, providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
  • Assist in managing employee documentation flow and processing HR paperwork, including employment contracts, annexes, and employment certificates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.
  • Support administrative HR areas such as occupational medicine coordination and time registration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, responding to HR-related questions and resolving issues with a high level of customer service.
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining regular contact with new joiners.
  • Inform new employees about first-day agendas and onboarding requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation and ensure timely communication with internal teams and third-party payroll providers.

Requirements

  • Formal education with a minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent within relevant fields.
  • Relevant job experience in HR (nice to have).
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal (minimum B2/C1).
  • Good communication skills for close dialogue with employees.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ready for challenges and keen to learn.
