The platform connects over one million patients with a network of qualified doctors and hundreds of pharmacies - simplifying and redefining access to healthcare across multiple markets., We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and brings a strong sense of responsibility. An AI-oriented mindset is essential - you should actively leverage artificial intelligence in your daily work and know how to apply it to build smarter, more efficient solutions., , The engagement is planned initially for 2–3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the project's needs and general fit.

Your responsibilities, Define and implement end-to-end ITSM workflows within Jira Service Management (JSM), focusing on incident, change, and request management tailored to digital health standards., Configure and maintain Jira Planner (Advanced Roadmaps) to provide a "single source of truth" for capacity planning and cross-departmental milestones., Lead the implementation of Atlassian Intelligence (AI) and native Jira automations to optimize ticket triaging, summary generation, and repetitive task reduction., Participate in strategic sessions to brainstorm operational improvements, providing technical feasibility and process design feedback., Build custom dashboards and automated reports (utilizing Atlassian Analytics or eazyBI) to track KPIs, SLA compliance, and team velocity.

5+ years of experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira Service Management and Jira Software, Proven experience designing and implementing ITSM workflows (incident, change, request management), Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL best practices, ideally in regulated or digital health environments, Hands-on experience with Advanced Roadmaps / Jira Planner for capacity and cross-team planning, Experience with Jira Automation and Atlassian Intelligence to improve operational efficiency, Ability to build dashboards and KPI/SLA reporting using Atlassian Analytics or eazyBI, Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with senior leadership (e.g. COO), Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to operational improvements, Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation is a plus, Fluent English communication skills
