We are hiring a Digital Asset GD Onboarding Specialist, Assistant Vice President, to be an onboarding subject matter expert participating in workstreams that build digital asset operations within StateStreet’s infrastructure. You will share knowledge and expertise around current operational workflows, maintain alignment to onboarding leadership, escalates any concerns to functional leadership, acquire approvals of new models, and maintain alignment with digital asset operations leadership. We expect this candidate to have a risk‑excellent mindset and be proficient at establishing an effective control environment. The ideal candidate should understand digital asset concepts (blockchain knowledge, understanding of digital asset types, decentralized finance, tokenization, etc.) and have intellectual curiosity to learn about digital asset servicing.

What you will be responsible for
- Participate in workstreams as an onboarding subject matter expert for digital asset operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital asset capabilities.
- Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level.
- Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities.
- Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and production.
- Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream.
- Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both functional leadership teams and digital asset operations leadership teams.

- Experience in onboarding operations and strong working knowledge of day‑to‑day onboarding responsibilities and setup processes.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Ability to excel when faced with the unknown and be challenged to develop new ways.
- Excellent communication and escalation ability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred.
Minimum Salary
Minimum salary: zł182004Annual (applies to the role in the primary location specified). Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self‑management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non‑discriminatory criteria relevant to StateStreet employees. Employees are eligible for discretionary annual performance‑based awards.
