About the project, DATAGROUP Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced ETL/CP4D Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland while being part of our innovative projects. As an ETL/CP4D Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions. Your expertise will help us streamline data processes and enhance data quality across various platforms., This project is carried out by a joint team from DATAGROUP Digital Solutions GmbH and DATAGROUP Polska Sp.z o.o. Both entities share responsibility for data protection. Applicants can exercise their data protection rights with either of the involved entities.

Your responsibilities, Design and implement ETL processes using IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)., Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications., Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading., Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures., Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly., Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Proven experience in ETL development, specifically with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)., Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling., Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases., Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team., Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field., Fluency in English., IBM DataStage
