Contract: B2B Rate: 40 EUR/h Duration: Long term Start Date: January Working mode: Remote 100% Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a skilled consultant for second-level support within Citrix and Terminal Server operations. The ideal candidate will possess operational expertise, specifically in ticket handling and configuration changes. Proficiency in German is mandatory, as the role entails significant interaction with clients. A successful consultant will demonstrate strong communication skills, necessary for effective collaboration with users and stakeholders in a business-critical environment. Main Responsibilities: 2nd line support for Citrix and Terminal Server environments Ticket management and incident resolution Operational support of Citrix farms Configuration changes and maintenance activities Execution of releases, updates, and deployments Direct communication with German-speaking clients and users Collaboration with internal support and infrastructure teams Key Requirements: Fluent in German Experience in second-level support Understanding of Citrix farm operations Proficiency in operational support Strong communication skills Knowledge of ticket handling processes Nice to Have: Experience with ITIL processes Familiarity with terminal server environments
