Corporate Accounting Assistant

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for month-end close process for various Funds Incl. journal entries associated with investing activities, financing activities, consolidation of subsidiaries, expense accruals, intercompany activities, income taxes and investor allocation;
- Responsible for managing service providers and external vendor relationships;
- Correspond with investors, administrators, custodians, underlying managers, and other service providers;
- Assist with compliance, audit and regulatory filings including FATCA and CRS;
- Prepare and present year-end audited financial statements;
- Ad hoc projects and reporting, improve efficiency with the use of AI moguls.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required;
- CPA a plus but not required;
- 2-4 years of related experience in fund accounting;
- Oracle experience a plus but not required;
- Working knowledge of US GAAP;
- Advanced analytical and Excel capabilities, and ability to multitask;
- Critical thinking, team-oriented views, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, business writing and project management skills;
- Ability to work independently.

The Role:
Associate is an integral member of the finance team, reporting directly to Vice President, participating in the accounting and finance processes and controls over internal and external financial reporting, regulatory reporting, operations, and product control.
