What the day will look like:

• managing a dedicated client portfolio,
• negotiating and implementing insurance solutions,
• analyzing claims, demographic and market data,
• expanding cooperation with clients,
• documenting and reporting activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Hard skills

• Broker licenses or experience in life insurance or medical programs
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of life insurance and medical program products
• Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools
• Category B driving license
• English fluency for client communication
• Broker exam passed a plus

Soft skills

• Ready to manage a demanding client portfolio
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactivity and openness to market innovations
• Desire to shape the employee benefits landscape in Poland
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Want to co-create the employee benefits market in Poland
