O projekcie, Your role, You will design and deliver next-generation integrations that connect AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources and business processes. Working with international engineering and AI teams, you will build secure MCP servers, agent tools and event-driven workflows that bring GenAI into production environments. You can expect a pioneering role combining software engineering, enterprise integration, agentic AI and platform governance.

Twój zakres obowiązków, design and develop MCP servers, agent tools and secure connectors to enterprise systems;, integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, knowledge sources, messaging platforms and SaaS products;, build agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks and event-driven integration patterns;, implement identity, authorization, secrets management, auditability and guardrails for agent actions;, create evaluation, tracing, monitoring and CI/CD practices for production-grade agent integrations;, contribute reusable components, reference architectures and technical workshops for the AI and Integration communities.

Software Engineering: Over 4 years of experience in Python, TypeScript, Java or .NET development, including API design and integration with distributed systems;, Agentic AI and MCP: Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, agent orchestration or comparable agent integration approaches;, Preferred AI Frameworks: Practical knowledge of Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs or similar frameworks and platforms;, Enterprise Integration: Strong understanding of REST, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, event-driven architecture, messaging and secure system integration;, Data and Retrieval: Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, enterprise search or semantic data access is preferred;, LLMOps and Observability: Knowledge of evaluation, prompt and tool versioning, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix or comparable AI observability solutions;, Collaboration and Innovation: Excellent English, strong engineering judgment and enthusiasm for establishing safe, reusable patterns in an emerging technology area;, Commitment to Excellence: Committed to building an Agentic Integration and MCP Center of Excellence, accelerating responsible AI adoption and establishing secure engineering standards for connecting autonomous agents with enterprise platforms.
