Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Product Owner to drive development and delivery of innovative AI‑powered solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring cutting‑edge AI capabilities to life, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives, translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and technical feasibility.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI products and features.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and other technical experts to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives as part of an Agile development team.
- Ensure compliance with P&G's data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Make data‑driven decisions based on complex environments.
- Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically with Information Technology Project experience.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management, including roadmap development, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
