ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery and own product quality for a B2C fitness application serving users across home and gym workout experiences. You will run sprint ceremonies, manage the development backlog, proactively identify bottlenecks, and take complete ownership of QA workflows — ensuring features meet strict acceptance criteria before release. The role requires deep technical literacy, strong engineering collaboration skills, and familiarity with the Health & Fitness domain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives, and manage the development backlog;

- Manage project timelines, proactively identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases;

- Optimize and replace current workflow processes to improve overall team velocity and capacity management;

- Act as the primary bridge between engineering and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical execution;

- Take complete ownership over product quality and establish robust testing processes to reduce application bug volume;

- Oversee technical QA workflows, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria before deployment;

- Investigate blockers and track why engineering tasks are time-consuming, using technical insights to prioritize workflows.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role within a B2C SaaS environment;

- Deep conceptual understanding of software architecture , data flows , and APIs ;

- Ability to converse fluently with developers to understand technical blockers without needing to code;

- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies ;

- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking;

- Solid understanding of the Health & Fitness or Wellness domain, specifically regarding how technical stability impacts user retention and engagement;

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Formal technical background, past engineering experience, or proven professional background in Technical QA or software testing before transitioning into Project Management;

- Understanding of mobile app subscription models, paywall optimization, and tools like RevenueCat;

- Experience managing releases for a mature product scaled across multiple global markets and cultures.
