Technical Product Owner (Algorithmic-Trading/Crypto)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner (in a minimum of 2 projects)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer / tech lead / engineering manager in the backend area
• Skills in working with technical teams at the architecture level and technical trade-offs (e.g. connecting dependencies between system components)
• Experience in setting priorities at the intersection of Dev / Business / DevOps
• Fluent command of the Polish language in speech and writing
• Technical education

Additional advantages:

• Knowledge of trading systems, as well as systems operating with low latencies (e.g. High Frequency Trading, Real Time Bidding)

• Close collaboration with Quant (trading data science) and DevOps teams
• Supporting decisions in the areas of performance, scalability, and system reliability
• Managing product development in Agile methodology, including planning and implementation of deployments
• Conscious risk management in the trading system
