  • University graduate from a reputed institution in financial or economic subject or university graduate in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years of proven experience in product control or a similar role within the financial markets industry
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and products, including their lifecycle, pricing and valuation, trading operations, P&L analysis, risk management and accounting principles
  • Experience with P&L Analysis, Balance Sheet reconciliations, or Financial Reporting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, independently and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to interpret financial data, draw meaningful insights and investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
