Backend Developer

• Senior-level expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools : Jenkins (shared libs), GitHub, Maven, Groovy, Jira
• Strong REST API design skills with best-practices (Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, microservices architecture, JSON)
• Knowledge of security and authorization protocols , especially OAuth 2.0; experience with Kong API Gateway
• Experience in Agile environments with practices like TDD, paired programming, automated testing
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Passion for learning new technologies and contributing to knowledge-sharing culture

Nice to Have

• Experience with message delivery systems , event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with observability stacks and performance tuning in cloud-native environments
