The site plays a key role within an international production network, combining modern manufacturing technologies, automation, and continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Manage projects from the concept phase through implementation and final acceptance.
• Develop and enhance solutions related to robotics, PLC, SCADA, and production control systems.
• Collaborate closely with production departments, corporate functions, and external suppliers.
• Ensure the achievement of quality, timing, and process efficiency targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches and the implementation of new technologies into serial production.

Our requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing technologies, automation, or Body in White (BIW) environments.
• Previous experience leading technical teams and/or managing engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge of industrial robotics, PLC, SCADA, and production control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• German language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of VASS standards in a BIW environment will be an asset.
• Welding Engineer certification will be a strong advantage.
• Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
